Lynn H Boggess

Lynn H Boggess resides in Shepherdstown, WV and has a deep woods studio in Nicholas County, WV. He earned Master of Fine Arts at the prestigious Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and his awards include Governor's Award for Excellence in Painting from the WV Cultural Center, and the Lifetime Achievement Award in the Arts from the Honorable Joe Manchin.

Formerly a Professor of Art at Fairmont State University. A professional artist for the past twenty years, his work is annually exhibited in major galleries in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, New Mexico, Colorado, and Edinburgh, Scotland. His distinctive landscapes are included in private collections throughout United States and Europe.
